July  1978 Branch Chief of  Shukokai Youth Karate Development, 
July  1978 Founded the Shukokai Headquarters' second dojo, 
March  1981 Founded the Zebra Club Headquarters , 
June  1997 Became Shihan of the Overseas Karate-Do Development, 
November  1997 Founded the Ryushin-Kan Headquarters, 
September  2000 Became President of S.W.K.U. South Africa, 
December  2000 Became Hanshi of S.W.K.U. Headquarters, 
March 2002 Founded the Ryushinkan International Karate-do Federation, 
Masuyama Hanshi  teaches Shukokai-Ryushinkan Karate in Kobe-Tarumi every Tuesday

and in his various branches abroad, among which  South Africa, he visits on a regular basis
